Directions to the Ferryboat in Fishguard

We are ideally situated as a base for visiting Pembrokeshire with St. Davids, Haverfordwest and Cardigan only 20 minutes drive away. We are located at the end of one of the Pembrokeshire Coast path sections and are minutes from the path route.

We are also conveniently locatedĀ  500m from Fishguard Harbour/Port, for travel to and from Ireland. Far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient.

Arriving by Car
From the A40, on reaching Fishguard, follow directions to the Ferry terminal. At the roundabout at the entrance to the ferry terminal, turn left towards St. Davids. We have a brown sign signposted to the Ferryboat Inn on this traffic island. We are located 500m up this road on the right hand side. Arriving by Ferry
Stena Line operate the ferry service to and from Ireland from Fishguard, arriving at the port of Rosslare in southern Ireland. Some ferries arrive very late, and we can accept bookings for accommodation if you are arriving off this ferry but we do have a special late night check in procedure so please contact us regarding this prior to you arrival. Arriving by Train
The new Fishguard and Goodwick railway station has just opened and is located 500m away, or a 10 minute walk. For train times Click here

Arriving by Bus
There are local bus services to neighbouring towns, with connections to National Express at Haverfordwest.
