Coasteering in Pembrokeshire

'Coasteering' is a physical activity that encompasses movement along the intertidal zone of a rocky coastline on foot or by swimming, without the aid of boats, surf boards or other craft.

Coasteering is one of the most popular activities around the beautiful coastline. There are some great venues dotted around including Stackpole Quay, St Nons and the Blue Lagoon at Abereiddy. Like all adventure activities, it is better to take part in an organised session with a registered local activity provider.
